Terms of Agreement:

I/We hereby agree to pay the booking deposit and I understand that this fee is non-refundable and that the balance must be paid 2 weeks prior to the day of the session/ event unless otherwise stated. All parties agree to the fees stated above and accept the amount charged. Cancellation fee is $50.00. Any bounce check payment will be charged an additional $50.00. Late appointment fee is $50.00 every 30 minutes. Credit card payments are 4% additional convenience fee. Services are subject to a required Texas State Sales Tax of 8.25%. TresPiña Photography and its affiliates are the sole professional photographer at the event.
